AetherEyes Services (referred to as "the Service") is a comprehensive credential management service provided by Nanjing Shenwei Vision Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd and/or its affiliated companies (collectively referred to as "AetherEyes" or "we"). Through this Service, users can more conveniently and efficiently register and use various AetherEyes service accounts within the AetherEyes ecosystem.
To help you clearly understand this Service, we have prepared this "AetherEyes Terms of Service and Privacy Statement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully and completely before using this Service, paying particular attention to terms related to preconditions, limitations, or liability exemptions that are prominently indicated in bold and underlined format. If you do not agree with or cannot accurately understand the relevant terms, please do not proceed with any further operations. Once you choose to activate or actually use this Service, you will be deemed to have read and accepted all contents of this Agreement and voluntarily bound by its terms.
This Service is one type of AetherEyes Service, and this Agreement serves as a supplement to the "AetherEyes Service Agreement." Any matters not covered in this Agreement shall be governed by the aforementioned agreement or related rules.
I. Privacy Statement
As one type of AetherEyes Service, the collection, storage, use, and security management of your personal information involved in AetherEyes Services are governed by the "AetherEyes Privacy Policy." To help you clearly understand the specific circumstances of this Service, we provide the following key explanations:
1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information Under This Service
(1) Account Registration
When you use the AetherEyes account registration function, you need to provide at least your phone number. We will verify the validity of your identity by sending an SMS verification code to that phone number. This information is essential for this function; if you do not provide it, you will not be able to complete registration.
You can manually enter the phone number and SMS verification code. Additionally, you may voluntarily choose to supplement account information or link third-party accounts based on your specific business needs (subject to the actual prompts on each function page). This additional information is not essential for using AetherEyes Services, and refusing to provide it will not affect the use of the account registration function.
(2) Account Login
When you use the AetherEyes account login function, you need to provide your registration credentials, including the phone number and verification code used during registration. This information is essential for the login function; if you do not provide it, you will not be able to log in normally.
(3) Information Collected During Service Use
During your use of this Service, to identify abnormal account status and ensure the security of your account and system operation, we will directly or indirectly collect and store relevant information generated during your use of this Service, including the following:

Please note: Standalone client device information and log information cannot identify specific natural person's identity. If such non-personal information is combined with other information to identify a specific natural person's identity, or used together with personal information, then during the combined use period, such non-personal information will be considered personal information. Unless authorized by you or otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will anonymize or de-identify such personal information.
Clipboard: We read special characters from the clipboard for login and registration purposes. Based on commands in the user's clipboard, popups will be displayed for corresponding activities. Commands or share codes generated for specific activities or information sharing will be written to the clipboard for your convenient browsing of activity information.
2. How We Disclose Your Personal Information Under This Service
To achieve the purpose of this Service, your relevant personal information under this Service will be shared and used among the operating entities of various AetherEyes business applications within the AetherEyes Service ecosystem. Unless otherwise stated, these operating entities are all AetherEyes affiliated entities. We will only conduct such sharing for specific, explicit, and lawful purposes, and will only provide information necessary for the Service.
Except as stated above, this Service does not involve other forms of disclosure of your personal information.
3. How We Protect Your Personal Information Subject Rights Under This Service
AetherEyes makes maximum efforts to protect your rights to exercise personal information subject rights in accordance with the law. Under this Service, online channels are provided on relevant pages, allowing you to conveniently exercise rights related to accessing, correcting, and deleting personal information under your AetherEyes account, obtaining copies of personal information, and canceling your account.
If the aforementioned online channels cannot meet your needs, you can contact us at any time.
4. Third-Party SDKs Used by AetherEyes
Our products and/or services may contain third-party services or links. However, since third parties will independently collect and process your personal information, AetherEyes cannot control such activities. Unless otherwise provided by law, AetherEyes does not assume responsibility for third-party services. You need to read and refer to these third-party privacy policies on your own, and independently judge whether to use their services.

III. Statements and Commitments
1. You acknowledge and understand that this Service is provided solely for lawful and legitimate purposes. You should ensure that you do not use this Service for any illegal, infringing, or profit-making activities, and you shall independently bear full responsibility for all actions taken while using this Service.
2. You agree to abide by the "seven bottom lines" including laws and regulations, socialist system, national interests, legitimate interests of citizens, public order, social ethics, and authenticity of information. You shall not use this Service to produce, copy, publish, or disseminate any content that violates laws and regulations or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties, including but not limited to: publishing, transmitting, or storing content that violates national laws and regulations; publishing, transmitting, or storing content that infringes upon others' rights of reputation, portrait, intellectual property, or business secrets; involving others' privacy, personal information, or materials; sending harassment, advertising, excessive marketing information, spam, or content containing sexual or suggestive content; and other content that violates laws and regulations, public order, and good customs or interferes with the normal operation of AetherEyes or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
3. You should be aware that if we discover or receive complaints or reports regarding your information materials or your use of this Service that violates laws and regulations or this Agreement, we have the right to independently determine your behavior and the applicable Agreement, and to take action accordingly, including immediately deleting such content, suspending or terminating the provision of some or all services to you, and requiring you to compensate for related losses. If your aforementioned behavior causes any third party to make claims, you shall bear full responsibility. Furthermore, you should understand that in addition to the materials provided by complainants or reporters, our system records may also serve as evidence of your violation of laws or this Agreement. You further acknowledge that AetherEyes will make maximum legal and reasonable efforts to judge the legality of your information and behavior in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, but does not guarantee that such judgment will be completely consistent with the judgment of competent authorities. AetherEyes's related handling cannot reduce or exempt the responsibility determination or penalties of competent authorities, which shall be borne entirely and independently by you.
4. You understand and agree that all actions taken to use this Service or to obtain any information, content, or materials through this Service are based on your independent judgment. Any consulting or guidance that AetherEyes may provide regarding the use of this Service will not replace your independent judgment at any time and should not be construed as AetherEyes's commitment or guarantee. You shall bear all risks arising from the aforementioned actions, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness, or practicality of content. Except for effective judicial rulings, AetherEyes cannot and will not assume any responsibility for this.
IV. Miscellaneous
4.1 Unless otherwise stated, AetherEyes accounts registered through the "AetherEyes Cloud Video" app or "AetherEyes Official Mall" website before the initial launch of this Service (i.e., before December 2023) will be automatically upgraded to AetherEyes accounts from the launch date of this Service.
4.2 Any interruption or obstruction of this Service caused by user-related reasons, including but not limited to malfunctions or improper operation of user equipment, client software, systems, hardware, and communication lines, or use of this Service through unauthorized means, shall be borne by the user. Furthermore, AetherEyes shall not be liable for any faults caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, government actions, or public infrastructure services such as telecommunications or network failures.
4.3 For business operational needs, AetherEyes may regularly or irregularly perform inspection, maintenance, upgrades, etc. on the AetherEyes cloud platform support system. Such circumstances may cause this Service to be interrupted or suspended for a reasonable period. Regarding such interruptions, AetherEyes will endeavor to post advance notices on relevant pages of this Service or notify you in advance via email or text messages. However, except in cases where AetherEyes's unilateral intentional or negligent actions caused losses to you, AetherEyes shall not be liable for such interruptions.
4.4 Given the special nature of network services and to ensure operational security, you understand and agree that AetherEyes may upgrade or adjust this Service at any time. Such adjustments may cause changes to certain functions, the inability to continue using the old service system, the termination of some services, etc., or may require you to separately perform operations on relevant browser plugins, mobile client software, terminal device software, etc. Related upgrades or adjustments will be released in the form of new versions of this Service, system updates, etc. You should operate promptly according to the prompts to avoid unnecessary losses caused by inability to continue using the service or service instability.
4.5 Based on the principles of consistency between benefits and compensation and fairness, if this Service becomes unavailable or other losses are caused by AetherEyes's unilateral reasons, you may obtain corresponding compensation or indemnification in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, this Agreement, or effective judicial rulings.
4.6 This Agreement takes effect from the date of publication. AetherEyes may adjust this Agreement based on operational needs. Such adjustments will be notified to you in advance and will take effect from the date stated in the relevant notice.
4.7 If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be effective.
4.8 You hereby confirm and declare that you have carefully read and fully understood the provisions of this Agreement, that you have requested and received sufficient explanation for any provisions you had questions about, and that you voluntarily proceed with the subsequent procedures and accept the constraints of all the above provisions.
